Foods & Emotions

DURATION OF 2 HOURS

This is a space where you will be able to amplify your consciousness about the way in which you are feeding yourself, in order for you to begin to recognize what is the relationship that exists between your nutritional dynamics and your emotional ones. You will learn the difference that exists between physical hunger and emotional hunger, in order for you to learn how to identify these types of hunger within yourself and to learn how to manage anxiety. This will also give you a direct experience with your foods which will allow you from then on, to relate differently with your food.

Most of the times we blame food for being overweight or our nutritional state, without noticing that we are integrated beings and a part of us are our emotions, that may be at times what stop us from reaching the goals we have for ourselves.

At Quick Balance we see the human being in a holistic manner, therefore we have opened this space for you, a space for discovery, one to find yourself, through a conversation you will be able to observe your life, the way in which you interpret and explain things that happen to you and we will be able to go through the subject matters that are bothering you or that you dislike, allowing for new possibilities to appear, and you will find a new way to see things that get you closer to more wellness for your life.

We will be able to identify which are the emotional dynamics that make you eat the way in which you do, and having the current nutrition and health state you are in today, you can begin a parallel process of accompaniment in nutrition and coaching, that will allow you to reach the results you desire.
