The chain for anxiety

When anxiety appears and you want to open the fridge and eat everything that appears infant of you, we recommend:

  • Drink a glass of water and wait for 20 minutes.
  • If the anxiety persists, eat your favorite fruits and wait for 30 minutes.
  • If it continues then eat a portion of dried fruits (nuts, almonds, etc) and wait for 30 minutes.
  • If by this point you are still anxious we recommend you to sit in a calm and quiet place with a pen and a piece of paper and think about; What makes you feel anxious? What tasks have you not fulfilled? What is bothering you in this moment?

Identifying what generates your anxiety, will help you resolve it and it will gradually decrease.
