Passionate about reaching maximum physical, mental and spiritual well-being through food, nourishing not only the body, but also the soul, experiencing fullness with what we feel, how we see ourselves and how we reflect; Out of stereotypes, always prioritizing health, recognizing and listening to everything wonderful that our system does as a human being.

With qualified experience in adult consultation and pediatric nutrition. Extensive knowledge, training and experience in the management of chronic noncommunicable diseases, obesity and bariatric surgery. Certified by the INSIMED Foundation in Enteral Nutrition and specialized; and by Nutritional Coaching Experts in Sports Nutrition. I have also worked in vulnerable contexts giving comprehensive management to malnutrition in both the early childhood and the adult population.

I feel privileged to be able to generate health and well-being to those who seek a high level of quality of life with a scientific basis through respect for customs, food practices, with warmth and ethics.
